Midfielder Lavia took home the Player of the Season prize, whilst Delap was named Players’ Player of the Season.
The duo have been instrumental in City’s march towards a first Premier League 2 title.
Delap, who scored on his first team debut back in September, has enjoyed a superb campaign, with 21 goals to his name ahead of the final game of the season.
Seventeen-year-old Lavia joined the Club last summer and, after starting out in the Under-18s, moved up to the EDS, where he has impressed with a series of commanding displays at the base of midfield.
“Romeo has had a great first season at Manchester City, climbing from the Under-18s to the EDS Squad,” said Academy Director, Jason Wilcox.
“Moving to a new country away from family in a turbulent COVID year can’t have been easy, but he has impressed both on and off the pitch and is a worthy winner.”
On Delap, Wilcox added: “Liam has had an outstanding season, with a first team debut and goal in the EFL Cup and appearances in the Premier League and FA Cup.
“With an incredible 21 goals scored with one game left to play, it is likely he will also win PL2 top scorer and get the golden boot.”
Everyone at Manchester City congratulates Romeo and Liam on their awards and achievements this season.
