A match report, reaction from manager Carlos Vicens and highlights will be available on mancity.com and the Official Man City App after the full-time whistle.
Rules
For safety reasons in the wake of the pandemic, the fixture will be played behind-closed-doors.
As this is the 2019/20 competition, players who were eligible for the under-18 age group at the start of last season are available for selection for this game.
In the event of a draw after 90 minutes, the game will be decided by a penalty shoot-out.
A maximum of seven substitutes may be named. Clubs may use three of those seven substitute players at any time in a match.
Route to the final
City enjoyed four home ties in the early stages of the competition.
We beat Swansea 3-0 in the third round and followed that up with a 2-1 win at Aston Villa.
Lewis Fiorini was the match-winner in a hard fought 1-0 win over Fulham in February’s fifth round tie, whilst Liam Delap got the crucial goal in a similarly close encounter with Burnley in the last eight.
A dominant display in Friday’s semi-final saw City beat Blackburn Rovers 4-0. Joe Hodge, James McAtee, Jayden Braaf and Delap were the goalscorers for Vicens’ side.
Chelsea cruised through the early stages of the competition, recording handsome wins over Huddersfield Town, Bradford City and Wolves, before a 1-0 win over Millwall in the last eight.
The West London outfit edged Manchester United out 1-0 in the semi-final.
