Unbeaten England sit top of Group I after eight games and need four points from their remaining two fixtures to guarantee their spot at next winter’s tournament.
They host Albania at Wembley Stadium on Friday 12 November, before travelling to San Marino to complete their qualifying campaign three days later.
All five City players are retained from the previous round of international fixtures, when Grealish netted his first England goal in a 5-0 victory over Andorra, with Stones also on target in a 1-1 draw with Hungary.
They will join up with the Three Lions following Saturday’s game against Manchester United, returning to the City Football Academy ahead of our Premier League fixture against Everton on Sunday 21 November.
