It’s a double game day, with both the men’s first team and the Elite Development Squad (EDS) in action.

Guardiola’s men face League 2 Swindon at the Energy Check County Ground as we bid to reach the fourth round of football’s oldest club cup competition.

Kick-off is at 20:00 and the pre-match build up will begin on mancity.com and the official app from two hours before.

Our Matchday Centre gets under way at 18:00, providing live updates of the pre-match build-up, match action and post-match reaction, whilst our Matchday Live show, starts one hour later and will provide the usual mix of City-centric analysis and entertainment.

During the game you can listen to live commentary from Alistair Mann and Michael Brown and, after the full-time whistle, a match report and all the reaction from Guardiola and a player will be available for you to read and watch.

A full-match replay will be available on CITY+ from midnight after the game, with free to watch highlights published at midday on Saturday.

Our EDS travel to the Lancashire FA County Ground to face struggling Blackburn in our first game of 2022.

Brian Barry-Murphy’s side kick-off at 19:00 and the game is available to watch live on CITY+.

We will also be providing text updates on Twitter: @ManCityAcademy and a match report, highlights and a full-match replay ready for you to read and watch after the full-time whistle.

Before the evening’s match action, Gareth Taylor will be speaking to the media ahead of our game against Brighton and Hove Albion Women.

You can follow the briefing on Twitter: @ManCity, whilst written and video accounts will be ready for you to digest on the official app shortly after the press conference concludes.
