Sergio Aguero will leave City this summer after a glittering 10-year stay at the Etihad.

During his time in Manchester, he has won four Premier League titles, an FA Cup and five League Cups – and in 2017 he became the Club’s all-time leading goalscorer, overtaking Eric Brook, who had led our goalscoring charts for 78 years.

In total, he has bagged 257 goals in 384 appearances.

He is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of the Premier League era and is the competition’s most lethal goalscorer in terms of goals scored per minutes played.

Indeed, he is the highest scoring overseas player in Premier League history – and in January 2020 he overtook Alan Shearer to set the record for the most Premier League hat-tricks after registering his 12th away at Aston Villa.

We will be celebrating Sergio’s legacy in the summer when he officially departs, but tonight we felt it was a good chance to look back at Made in Argentina – our feature-length CityTV original film charting Sergio’s remarkable rise to football glory.

It includes unseen footage, plus unique insight from friends and family, including six-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.

Enjoy!
